We are looking for our 13-member production team, by arrangement, a

Pastry Chef m/f 80 - 100%

Your areas of responsibility:

• You sweeten our guests' day with your products and thus make many people happy!
• Production of our popular cakes and patisserie
• Production of ice cream specialties, traiteur items, seasonal products and house specialties
• Production of chocolate specialties
• Creating new delicacies (monthly products, special menu etc.)
• Assistance in the training of apprentices
• Implementation of the hygiene and occupational safety concept (industry solution)
• Prospect of the function as Head Pastry Chef

Your working hours:
4-5 day week / 42h week, distributed from Mon-Sun (weekend shifts)
Mostly working shifts between 06:00 and 16:00 / 5 weeks vacation

Requirements:
You are a pastry chef by passion and think & act entrepreneurially for the well-being of our guests!
You work expeditiously, exactly and independently and enjoy sweetening our guests' day.
You are flexible, a team player and can also handle stress situations well.
You need the daily challenge, live in the immediate vicinity, are between 20 and 50 years old, mobile and possess a federal certificate of proficiency as a pastry chef.
