ETOY For our Holy Cow! restaurant located in Etoy, we are looking for a shift Supervisor immediately or at a date to be agreed upon. Your responsibilities • Manage a shift from A to Z: briefing, allocation of positions, monitoring the pace, kitchen/service coordination • Be ready for opening at 11h00: complete setup, team in place, stations prepared • Ensure fast, clean service in compliance with standards (quality, hygiene, food safety) • Working at stations according to needs: Grill cooking; Fryer management; Burger making: assembly, plating, sending; Preparation: vegetable cutting and fresh sauce preparation; Dishwashing: dishes and maintaining a clean station; cleaning fryers and respecting the cleaning plan; Cashier: welcome, taking orders, payment, natural upselling • Perform a complete closing: cleaning, restocking, securing, and locking up • Ensure daily administrative tasks with precision: Daily orders; Daily validation of hours worked; Cash counting and control • Availability for closings (until 23h30), weekends and split shifts • Customer relations: satisfaction, complaint management, sales and advice • Opening and closing of the restaurant (until 23h30 according to schedule), with monitoring of end-of-shift standards Your profile • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in catering, in a dynamic environment (volume, pace, standards) • Capable of taking responsibility for a shift and giving clear instructions • Fast and rigorous: you maintain cleanliness and quality levels even during rushes • Comfortable with direct feedback, and able to reframe without creating tension • Fluent French indispensable; English an asset, other languages welcome • Reliable: punctuality, consistency, and respect for procedures We offer • A lively working atmosphere with varied tasks in a multicultural environment • Training on HOLY COW! standards, checklists and shift routines, with on-the-ground coaching by the Manager and the management team. • Personal discount: 50% on a menu of your choice. • Evolution possibilities after validation of skills (standards, leadership, administrative) and availability of a position: Shift Supervisor - Assistant Manager - Manager. • Benefits with our partners Your application: You can send us your application (CV + Cover letter) by responding directly to this offer.
