Assistant Site Manager – Building Department (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Our Building department in Eclépens carries out new constructions as well as transformations and renovations in the fields of masonry and reinforced concrete in French-speaking Switzerland.
The technical team of the Building department, which ensures the acquisition, planning, and monitoring of our construction sites, wishes to strengthen its workforce and is looking for an assistant site manager.

Your field of activity includes the following tasks:

• Accompany site managers in the technical, administrative, and financial tasks related to construction sites;
• Prepare preliminary measurements as well as measurements;
• Prepare requests for quotations and comparative tables of suppliers and subcontractors;
• Prepare site installation and work phasing plans, in collaboration with a site manager;
• Perform various administrative tasks in the office.

Your profile:
You are a person who enjoys teamwork and possess the following qualities:

• Completed initial vocational training in the building sector;
• Experience in a similar position is an asset;
• Commitment and involvement in the missions entrusted to you;
• Good mastery of IT tools and common software;
• Sense of organization and a proactive spirit;
• Reliability, flexibility, concern for quality, and respect for deadlines;
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
