Technical leadership and support of the production employees Responsibility for quality, testing and timely completion Assembly and wiring of sophisticated control cabinets Clarification of technical questions and quality deviations Coordination with project management, engineering and department management Participation in the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency Your Profile: Training as an Automatiker EFZ or comparable electrotechnical training Several years of experience in switchgear construction Good knowledge in the assembly, wiring and testing of control cabinets Leadership experience or the willingness to take on leadership responsibility Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working Very good German skills Further training in the area of switchgear construction, testing or leadership is an advantage.
