The position combines the support and coordination of service inquiries with the planning of assignments, travel, and various administrative activities. Your Task ##

• Contact person for customers regarding technical service inquiries and ensuring professional handling of requests
• Planning, coordination, and administrative processing of service orders in the ERP system
• Scheduling and organization of assignments for our field service employees, including travel planning
• Assumption of various organizational and administrative tasks in customer service as well as support for the telephone switchboard
• Supervision, guidance, and technical support of commercial apprentices during their training in customer service

Your Profile ##

• Commercial basic training as well as practical experience in a customer-oriented function
• Proficient use of ERP applications and enjoyment of administrative and organizational tasks
• Independent, careful, and solution-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Proficient German skills as well as good knowledge of French and English
• Interest in technical contexts and enjoyment of direct contact with customers
