You care for and promote children in an appreciative and supportive environment.
You develop creative and child-friendly learning offers that stimulate the emotional, social, and cognitive development of the children.
You accompany the children in their everyday life and support them in the development of their individual abilities.
You work closely with the parents and maintain open and transparent communication.
You document the development of the children and use observations to continuously reflect on and improve the pedagogical work.
You create an environment in which the children feel safe, secure, and supported.
Your profile:

You have completed training as a state-recognized educator, childhood pedagogue, or a comparable qualification.
You bring passion for working with children and joy in their individual promotion.
You are a team player who acts with empathy and commitment in everyday pedagogical life.
You enjoy working in a multicultural environment and bring openness towards new approaches.
Good German language skills are required, further language skills such as English are an advantage.
