The Production Planning Analyst ensures the feasibility and execution of the production plan, taking into account customer priorities, capacity constraints, and material availability. They anticipate risks and secure customer demand. They optimize the use of resources and storage space while respecting customer delivery dates.

Main responsibilities

Establish the weekly and daily workload plan per workshop. Facilitate and lead meetings with the workshops. Launch manufacturing orders according to the workload plan defined and validated by the stakeholders. Monitor the progress of manufacturing orders and support the workshops in case of blockages. Identify delays in the workshop as well as deviations from customer demand. Anticipate blocking shortages and manage safety margins in collaboration with the relevant departments. Replan in case of contingencies or changes in demand and according to established priority rules. Monitor the evolution of workshop capacity and anticipate bottlenecks. Analyze the differences between the planned and the actual. Perform scenario analyses relative to demand forecasts.

Required qualifications

Higher education (ES or HES) in Supply Chain. Experience in the fields of scheduling and planning. Language: French and English necessary. Organized, rigorous, and structured person. Developed analytical spirit and strong ability to anticipate. Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in a collaborative environment. Experience with the ERP SAP, a plus
