Your missions at the new employer:

• You bring your expertise to the preparation of monthly and annual accounts according to REKOLE and Swiss GAAP FER and ensure reliable financial steering through precise financial analyses
• With your analytical sense, you develop relevant management reports, budgets, and forecasts, prepare data for service planning, and support departments in their important decisions
• You actively contribute to the development of modern management controlling tools, optimize investment control processes, and develop measures with the team to improve efficiency and control costs
• As a competent interlocutor, you collaborate closely with different departments and take charge of the development of important health statistics as well as databases for SpiGes, ITAR_K, and REKOLE recertification

You offer your new employer:

• You have training in business management with a specialization in management controlling or possess an equivalent qualification through basic commercial training and several years of professional experience in finance
• Continuous training at HF or FH level in business management, management controlling, or finance and accounting ideally completes your profile and constitutes a valuable basis for this versatile function
• You have experience in management controlling, ideally in the healthcare sector, as well as excellent Excel skills and are familiar with ERP systems and BI tools such as SAP, TM1, or similar applications
• Your analytical mind, your autonomous and proactive way of working, as well as your communication ease allow you to fully convince and maintain an overview even in complex situations
