Production Manager Joiner (m/f/d) – Laboratory & Kitchen Construction

To strengthen the team at this location, we are looking for an assertive personality as a Production Manager Joiner, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility In this key position, you are the heart of our manufacturing. You do not only coordinate wood and machines, but lead people to success. Operational management: You control the daily production processes in the area of laboratory and kitchen construction and ensure timely delivery. Quality assurance: You monitor compliance with our high quality standards – after all, top researchers rely on our systems. Team leadership: You lead and motivate a well-coordinated team of specialists and promote efficient cooperation. Process optimization: You recognize potential in the workflows and actively implement improvements in our spacious production facility. Interface function: You work closely with project management and assembly to guarantee a smooth flow of orders. joiner What you bring Foundation: A completed vocational apprenticeship as a Schreiner EFZ, ideally supplemented by further training as a manufacturing specialist, master joiner, or technician HF. Experience: Several years of professional experience in production (laboratory, kitchen, or interior construction) as well as initial leadership experience. Mindset: You are flexible, used to working independently, and enjoy taking responsibility for your actions and your team. Personality: A doer type with organizational skills, who maintains an overview and their sense of humor even in hectic times.
