Pharmacist: Clinical Support

The Institut für Spitalpharmazie ensures the pharmaceutical supply of the entire Insel Gruppe 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are the contact partner for all specialist questions regarding medicinal products. We continue to design and develop the medication process in a future-oriented manner -- with innovative solutions, efficient processes, and with medication safety in focus.

What to expect

• Answering clinical-pharmaceutical specialist questions from doctors and nursing professionals (<<Arzneimittel-Hotline>>)
• Ensuring and continuously optimizing pharmaceutical services, especially the safe and efficient medication process
• Creation and updating of medicinal product guidelines in cooperation with the clinics
• Collaboration in the master data management of the SAP-Warenbewirtschaftungssystem and with the clinical medication master data for the pioneering clinic and control system EPIC
• Guaranteeing professional, quality-assured medicinal product procurement, for example substitute items in case of supply interruptions, medicinal products within the framework of Compassionate Use up to ATMPs

What you bring

• Completed pharmacy studies with ideally professional experience in hospital pharmacy
• Additional qualification such as FPH Spitalpharmazie, FPH Klinische Pharmazie, CAS Klinische Pharmazie or comparable further training is an advantage
• Analytical mindset combined with a structured, exact and independent way of working
• Process-oriented, innovative and flexible action in everyday work
