Nurse Dementia Center 80 - 100% Baden

Accompanying people with dementia through everyday life with orientation, security, and dignity is a task that requires expertise and heart. In the Baden area, Canton Aargau, we are looking for a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH starting immediately or by arrangement for a dementia as well as day and night center with a workload of 80 – 100 %. In an established nursing institution, you will take over the individual care, support, and accompaniment of people with dementia diseases according to their personal needs. You will work closely with relatives as well as an interprofessional team and contribute to orientation, security, and quality of life through person-centered care.

• Professional and evidence-based nursing as well as care of the residents within the framework of primary nursing
• Taking over daily responsibility within the nursing everyday life
• Careful and structured nursing documentation
• Care and accompaniment of people with dementia diseases in the day and night center

• Active co-design of a high-quality nursing everyday life

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or an equivalently recognized training
• Experience in the long-term care sector as well as in dealing with people with dementia diseases
• Knowledge of the RAI-NH system
• Structured, responsible, and independent way of working
• Joy in interprofessional cooperation and in resident-oriented care
