Job description
The main tasks include:

• Carrying out various administrative and organizational tasks
• Advising our customers and employees in several languages
• Planning and organizing various meetings and assisting with company events
• Processing orders and writing offers, negotiating delivery dates
• Supporting the various departments in which you work during your training

Profile
Requirement profile:

• Completed compulsory school and between 15 and 25 years old
• Organized, cooperative, open and motivated, interest in learning new things and getting to know different areas in our company
• Enjoyment of administrative work, good PC skills and enjoyment in dealing with numbers

Professional requirements
You are an independent and reliable person who wants to learn through initiative.
Languages
In addition, you speak fluent German and/or French and have good English skills.
