Your tasks

• You manage your own portfolio with a focus on condominium ownership and ensure professional management of the entrusted properties
• You plan and moderate owners' meetings, prepare the documents, and ensure traceable documentation of the resolutions
• You coordinate the ongoing commercial tasks, prepare heating and service charge statements, budgets, and annual financial statements, and monitor the financial processes
• You take care of tenancy matters, rent adjustments, as well as the monitoring of incoming payments and invoices
• You keep an eye on the structural condition of the objects and coordinate maintenance measures, repairs, renovations, and renovation projects.
• You work together with facility management, craft businesses, insurance companies, and other external partners and process damage cases
• You control compliance with legal requirements and ensure efficient, economical, and timely processes
• If necessary, you support your team colleagues and take over deputy tasks

Your profile

• You have completed further training in real estate management (Real Estate Manager with federal diploma)
• You have sound practical experience in property management, ideally with a focus on condominium ownership and experience in real estate accounting
• You are familiar with tenancy law issues and the particularities of condominium ownership
• You work independently, in a structured and forward-looking manner, and set priorities correctly even in demanding situations
• With your organizational talent and confident appearance, you conduct conversations in a goal-oriented manner and represent your points of view convincingly
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and move routinely in the digital working world
• You use MS Office as a matter of course; experience with Rimo is a plus
