Your role As a project manager, you plan and lead IT integration projects for our clients in the areas of infrastructure, cloud services and data centers. In addition to customer orientation, you can bring your strong organizational and communication skills. In stressful situations, your analytical thinking and approach as well as your role as an active team player help you to find solutions. Your main tasks • Overall responsibility for projects in terms of deadlines, costs and resources • Project planning and coordination of system technicians, organized in agile teams • Ensuring change management in personnel (in a team) • Continuous development of the project and change management framework (processes & tools) • Support for pre-sales activities • Collaboration with solution design and service management Your strengths and knowledge • Proven experience in migration and integration projects in the field of IT infrastructure and managed services, including budgetary responsibility • Practical experience in at least one project methodology, for example HERMES, PMP, PRINCE, IPMA with corresponding certification • Specialized higher education (HF) or university of applied sciences (FH) in computer science or business informatics • Broad IT technical knowledge (virtualization, networks, storage, operating systems, cloud services) • Negotiation skills as well as marked economic thinking and action • Knowledge of ITIL service management, ideally with ITIL Foundation certification • German native language and good to very good knowledge of English, oral and written What ITpoint offers you • A collegial and empathetic environment with open communication • 40 hours per week and flexible teleworking - we promote work-life balance • Financial support for continuing education • A contribution of 200 CHF to your sports subscription • Team and company events • -and much more- Match?
