Your Profile

• Completed computer science training at HF, FH level or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as a Senior IT System Engineer in complex IT infrastructures.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Server and VMware environments.
• Sound experience with Active Directory services such as user management, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Sound experience in dealing with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) as well as with databases in general.
• Experience with Linux systems is an advantage.
• Business fluent German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing.
• Independent, structured, and customer-oriented way of working.
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
• You are a reliable team player who appreciates a collegial and relaxed environment.
• Willingness for continuous "on the job" further training.
• On-call duty for standby service

Your Tasks

• You maintain our IT infrastructure and continuously develop it with modern technologies as part of digitalization.
• You develop concepts and implement them in practice together with IT and Business.
• You are responsible for the setup and expansion of systems in the areas of servers, databases, and security - depending on your wealth of experience.
• You independently perform operations work in daily IT operations.
• You create and maintain technical documentation as well as relevant IT processes.
• You take over the management of exciting IT projects and lead as a technical sparring partner.
• You take over 2nd and 3rd level support for our system landscape.
