On behalf of my client, I am looking for an independent, responsible, and solution-oriented personality PROJECT MANAGER Timber Construction (60–100%) (w/m/d) Your tasks: Independent management of timber construction projects from the site inspection to the final invoice Creation of offers as well as implementation of work preparation (AVOR) Material planning and timely ordering of the required materials Responsibility for the qualitative, timely, and cost-effective execution of the construction sites Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Active collaboration on the construction site as well as coordination of the execution work if required Your profile: Completed training as a timber construction foreman or comparable further training in timber construction Several years of professional experience in work preparation (AVOR) or project management in timber construction Independent, structured, and responsible way of working Strong communication, team-oriented personality with high social competence Solution-oriented thinking, initiative, and enjoyment of demanding timber construction projects Ideally, you have additional knowledge in cadwork, calculation, CNC control, or bring experience in terrace construction, stair construction, or in personnel management Are you ready to take on responsibility and accompany demanding timber construction projects from planning to implementation?
