What you can contribute

• Direct employees on a technical level and in terms of personnel management, plan staff assignments and guarantee, in collaboration with the team, efficient operation
• Ensure smooth running of management activities, organize corresponding reports and events, record minutes if necessary, and report regularly to hierarchy

• Vocational training in a technical or artisanal trade and advanced training as a maintenance agent with a federal diploma, or equivalent training
• Leadership experience and excellent communication skills
• Autonomy, efficiency, effectiveness, analytical and synthesis skills
• Very good general and specific knowledge in the fields of infrastructure and home automation$Good IT knowledge (SAP and MS Office suite)
