For our Max Mara store in the heart of the Berner Altstadt, we are looking for an engaged Store Manager (w/m/d) 100% immediately or by arrangement.

As Store Manager, you bear responsibility for the entrepreneurial management of the branch and, together with your motivated team, shape the appearance of the branch.

Your main tasks:

• Active sales and customer advice for our local and international clientele
• Organization and management of the branch
• Inventory management, goods receipt and sales control
• Planning of window displays and visual merchandising
• Leadership, coaching, motivation and personnel deployment planning for 5 employees
• Organization of local events in cooperation with the management

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in the sale of high-quality fashion, ideally initial leadership experience
• Entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of initiative, commitment and flexibility
• Stylish, well-groomed appearance with impeccable manners
• Good local network of relationships
• Strong flair for visual merchandising
• High sense of responsibility and exemplary reliability
• Fluent German and French skills are a prerequisite, further languages are an advantage
