To strengthen our team in Saint-Gall, we are looking for a project manager.

Your tasks ##

• Global entrepreneurial responsibility for construction projects up to turnkey handover
• Autonomous project management, tenders, award, control of costs, deadlines and quality, invoicing and recalculation of services from subcontractors and sub-planners
• Organization and direction of project teams
• Collaboration with the calculation department and project development, coordination with specialist planners, contractors and authorities, and interlocutor for the client

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a certified site manager, HF construction technician, architect or civil engineer
• Diverse experience in the management of construction projects
• Experience in the direction and development of project teams
• Structured way of working and entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of quality, deadlines, resources and profitability
• Autonomy and responsibility, stress resistance, communication skills
