Your mission Within our cantonal administration, we are looking for a Head of Hospital Planning. In this strategic function, you contribute to guaranteeing a quality, accessible, efficient hospital care offer adapted to the needs of the population. You steer the cantonal hospital planning in collaboration with health establishments, authorities, and partners of the health system. You have an excellent knowledge of current issues in public health and hospital policy. Your activities Develop, implement, and update the cantonal hospital planning in accordance with the federal and cantonal legal framework Analyze hospital care needs based on demographic, epidemiological, economic, and activity data Analyze the compliance of inpatient services provided by hospital establishments in relation to mandates Ensure the monitoring of the evolution of the care offer, the quality of services, and their adequacy to the needs of the population Conduct procedures relating to the cantonal hospital list and the allocation of service mandates Advise cantonal authorities on strategic issues related to the organization of hospital care Lead or participate in cross-functional projects in the field of health policy Desired profile Master's in economic sciences or any other training deemed equivalent Training in project management would be an asset Professional practice in project management Knowledge of the functioning of a public administration as well as the Swiss health system and its financing Analytical and synthesis skills, overview vision Ability to lead projects and manage relationships with partners Adaptability, flexibility Excellent writing skills Perfect command of French or German with good knowledge of the partner language Contact details Sabina di Stefano Piller, deputy head of department, T jpid4dcb497jm jpit0729jm jpiy26jm
