We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Specialist Activation LeA (40% to 50%), Specialist Care EFZ, Activation Specialist HF. Locations Koppigen and Kirchberg. Tasks * Organization of everyday life, care, and promotion of residents in individual and group activities in the residential areas and in the activation rooms * Support in the protected residential area with the catering of the residents * Implementation of resource-oriented measures taking into account the interests, abilities, and autonomy of the residents * Participation in the organization and implementation of events, festivals, and customs throughout the year * Motivated and committed work and active interdisciplinary cooperation. Your strengths * Education at secondary level (EFZ / LeA) * Experience in the field of activation and care is an advantage * Warmth and empathy for people in need of care and support, mostly elderly people * Independent and responsible way of working * High social competence and joy in active and constructive interdisciplinary cooperation * Good PC MS Office skills and very good German skills.
