Job Description ##

• Fulfill the role of project manager, supporting the realization pole in the development of site management
• Supervise and coordinate the different phases of construction projects
• Plan and anticipate resource needs
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines and budgets, monitor deliverables
• Ensure the training and monitoring of teams in the application of internal standards
• Manage small teams on projects
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure architectural quality, client supervision, and proper maintenance of files

The Successful Applicant ##

• HES Architect training or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience as an architect, site management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to question and evolve internal processes and tools
• Mastery of ArchiCAD
