For our Zurich site, we are looking for a motivated legal assistant at 50% starting from 1 September 2026 or by agreement. Your tasks: • Together with two other people, you manage the secretariat of our Criminal Law and Life Sciences team and support two partners as well as other employees in administrative matters and submissions to courts and authorities • You draft correspondence, legal documents, contracts and reports according to templates in German and English • You are responsible for billing and address management • Your tasks also include monitoring appointments and deadlines as well as the orderly filing of dossiers • You are in contact with clients and authorities and organize meetings and trips • You assist in sending the Life Sciences newsletter Your qualifications: • You are currently studying or have a commercial training or equivalent and • you are proficient in common Microsoft Office programs • You communicate fluently in German and English (B2) • You are proactive, flexible, helpful and have a sense of initiative • Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage If this varied and exciting position interests you, Sophie Lo Gioco, head of human resources, looks forward to receiving your complete application by e-mail at bewerbung-sekretariat-teilzeit@wengervieli.ch.
