It provides targeted support with defined tasks to the ward night watches of the acute psychiatric wards of the Klinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie (KPP), the psychiatric emergency and crisis intervention station (ZINK), as well as the Klinik für Konsiliar-, Alters- und Neuropsychiatrie (KAN). The night watch team covers different treatment focuses, for example emergency admissions and emergency situations. The night watch team contributes significantly to ensuring contemporary nursing quality at night. Profile Registered nurse (HF/FH) with several years of professional experience in psychiatry CAS degree in a psychiatric specialist subject is an advantage Authentic and trustworthy personality with high social competence Ability for networked thinking, implementation competence and resilience You are flexible, committed, and a responsible personality with enjoyment in demanding patient care in a lively operation You have an interest in specialist leadership and defined management tasks You speak and write German fluently and have a confident handling of common Office applications You bring the willingness to work predominantly on night shifts and to attend important appointments during the day.
