Job Description ##

Your Role

As an HR Service Specialist, you are the central hub for all administrative HR processes and an important contact person for employees and managers.

At the same time, you can expect a highly motivated team that works in partnership, communicates openly, and tackles tasks together.

Your focus areas:

Personnel Administration

• Independent execution of all personnel administration as well as coordination with external service providers
• Management and maintenance of electronic personnel files
• Preparation of contracts, agreements, and employment references
• Processing of work and residence permits and ensuring site permits
• Contact person for employees and managers regarding administrative HR topics

Time Management & Reporting

• Responsibility for time management in the shift model, including maintenance and control of working time data in SAP
• Compliance with labor law requirements when mapping shift models and absences
• Execution of the monthly closing and preparation of working time reports
• Creation of HR statistics and reports

Other Responsibilities

• Coordination and administration of temporary employees
• Support in processing accident and sickness notifications
• Participation in HR projects as well as organization of training and coaching
• Co-design of occupational health management as well as promotion of compliance with EHS guidelines

Qualifications ##

Your Profile

• Commercial training with HR further education (e.g., HR Assistant)
• Experience as an HR Service Specialist, ideally in an industrial company
• Experience with time management systems in shift operations is an advantage
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Structured, precise, and resilient way of working with a high service orientation
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good German and good English skills
