Assistant Cook 100% (temporary) Assistant Cook 100% (temporary) The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach elderly and health centers with around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, elderly living, and counseling with a total of around 250 employees is a non-profit stock corporation wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for a committed personality for our kitchen team to actively support us on a temporary basis to bridge a staff shortage. Your new tasks Deployment in the dishwashing kitchen Collaboration and independent preparation of all required meals and diets Ladle serving and collaboration in service in all departments and in the entire catering area of the elderly centers Collaboration during special events (internal and external events, banquets, and caterings) Professional and careful operation of apparatus, machines, and facilities Co-responsibility for safety and hygiene in the kitchen and catering area What you bring with you Some years of professional experience in the field as an assistant cook, preferably in a home or hospital environment Service-oriented personality with social competence, ability to work in a team, and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people Good German language skills Willingness for weekend shifts Mandatory driver's license What we offer you Vacation and additional public holidays 6 weeks until the completion of the 20th year of age from the 21st year of age 5 weeks from the 50th year of age 6 weeks full day public holiday «Sechseläuten & Chilbi-Montag» 1/2 working day afternoon of the 24. & 31.
