Exciting tasks await:

• Overall project management within the framework of implementing the strategies of the Health Policy Master Planning 2030 on the topic of emergency services, including project organization, roadmap, resource planning as well as control of deadlines, costs, quality, risks and reporting
• Analysis of emergency medical service supply data and determination of justified areas of operation as well as conception and coordination of the procurement and application process including suitability and award criteria
• Design of the leadership and coordination function of the SNZ 144, definition of dispatch and instruction processes as well as streamlining of interfaces to all operational partners
• Feasibility and implementation analysis of connecting the medical emergency dispatch center to the cantonal administration

What you bring:

• Master's degree from a university of applied sciences or university in a relevant field or degree from a higher technical college with corresponding additional training (DAS, MAS), preferably in business administration, public management, healthcare, emergency services, civil protection, logistics or business informatics
• Several years of experience in leading complex, interdisciplinary projects with various stakeholders
• Sound experience in healthcare or emergency services, civil protection, in emergency call organizations or a comparable regulated, safety-critical environment
• Experience with organizational development, procurement, award or legislative projects
• High negotiation and communication skills, proficient appearance towards authorities and specialist committees as well as a binding, solution-oriented and resilient way of working
