Commercial Manager AVOR & Order Processing, w/m/d, 80 – 100 %

Are you commercially experienced, maintain an overview even when multiple orders are running simultaneously, and appreciate direct contact with customers and suppliers? Do you enjoy working independently, taking responsibility, and making decisions instead of waiting for the next order?

For our small, well-coordinated team, we are looking for an experienced personality who effectively supports our management in day-to-day operations and takes on a central hub function between customers, suppliers, and production.

Your tasks

• You support our customers and suppliers competently and reliably and are an important contact person for them in daily business.
• From order entry to deadline monitoring to delivery, you coordinate our customer orders independently and reliably.
• In close coordination with production, you plan and coordinate orders, deadlines, and priorities and ensure a smooth flow of information.
• You support the managing director in day-to-day operations, freeing up his capacity, and take over his deputy role towards customers and suppliers if required.
• Within your area of responsibility, you make decisions independently, recognize the need for action early, and ensure that open topics progress.

What you bring with you

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification as well as many years of professional experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience in order processing, AVOR, production planning, or a manufacturing company is an advantage for this versatile task.
• You take great pleasure in contact with people, enjoy approaching customers and suppliers, and communicate confidently, reliably, and decisively.
• An independent and structured way of working characterizes you. You take responsibility, set priorities, and can make decisions.
• Technical understanding and interest in production processes as well as confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems round off your profile. Very good German skills are required.
