As a DevOps Engineer, your focus is on the engineering, stabilization, and secure further development of the corresponding services and platforms. You ensure standardized, reproducible, and secure operation across various environments. • Close cooperation with Product Owners as well as development and operations teams to implement project goals • Engineering, operation, and continuous optimization of operational services according to DevSecOps principles within the project context • Ensuring quality, stability, and security of the operated services within the project • Active participation in the continuous further development of the project platform and operational processes • Use of modern technologies to support a secure and stable private cloud infrastructure • Focus is on the operation and further development of a dedicated collaboration platform in a protected area Your Skills ## • Technical degree (EFZ) with further training (FH/HF) in computer science • Sound knowledge in Linux system administration (RHEL Server, Red Hat OpenShift Container) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ideally OpenShift) • Experience in the productive operation of common open-source applications • Proficient in handling automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) • Understanding of network technologies, web servers (Apache/Nginx), databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and security concepts; knowledge of ITIL practices and with LDAP/SSO integrations is an advantage • Knowledge in the automation of infrastructure and operational processes (GitOps CI/CD); knowledge of Atlassian Suite (Confluence & Jira) and monitoring tools (Zabbix) is an advantage • Enthusiasm for open-source technologies and agile working methods (SAFe 6.0) • Ability to work in a team, enjoyment of customer contact, as well as a communicative and solution-oriented way of working • Very good German in speaking and writing With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
