Job description
For our Kita location in the city of Luzern, we are looking for a Group Leader (80%-100%) as of 01. October 2026 or by arrangement. This is what you can look forward to

Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ specialty children
Vocational trainer and the willingness to accompany apprentices in their training
Joy in pedagogical work with children and an appreciative interaction with families

Creativity and enthusiasm to bring your strengths - for example in music, movement, art, nature or cooking - into the Kita everyday life
What awaits you

Co-responsibility for the care, promotion and support of children aged 3 months to approx. 5 years
Design and responsibility for the group daily routine as well as the pedagogical work
Planning and implementation of a varied and structured daily routine
Planning and support of settling-in processes
Trustful cooperation with parents as well as conducting parent meetings and parent events
Participation in the further development of our pedagogical offering
