For a Master House located on the Riviera Vaudoise, in the heart of a privileged environment, we are looking for an experienced gardener-landscaper, who will know how to care for an estate with exigence, aesthetic sense and great discretion.
Your future responsibilities:
You will be the guardian of the landscape identity of the estate and will ensure, throughout the seasons, the maintenance of irreproachable, elegant exteriors that are perfectly integrated into the architecture and the spirit of the property.
You will plan and organize the maintenance of all landscaped areas: lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees, greenhouses, vegetable gardens and ornamental spaces.
You will anticipate the needs of the garden throughout the seasons and propose the necessary interventions in order to preserve its balance, beauty and harmony sustainably.
You will establish an annual work schedule and adapt interventions according to climatic conditions, flowering periods and the specific requirements of each space.
You will ensure precision mowing and ensure the irreproachable quality of the lawns.
You will perform the aesthetic and technical pruning of hedges, shrubs and ornamental plants, respecting their natural development and the landscape identity of the estate.
You will maintain flower beds and plantations, ensure their fertilization and provide the necessary care for their perfect health.
You will monitor the sanitary state of the plants, identify any diseases or parasites and implement appropriate measures.
You will ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of greenhouses and cultivation areas.
You will organize and maintain the vegetable garden, plan crops and seasonal rotations and ensure the quality of harvests.
You will prepare seasonal plantations and blooms so that the estate retains its elegance and character throughout the year.
You may also propose new plantations or landscape improvements, in perfect coherence with the aesthetics and history of the property.
You will organize your interventions according to the rhythm of life of the estate, the presence of the owners, guests, receptions and the various events organized within the property.
You will coordinate specialized external service providers when their intervention is necessary.
You will establish a precise maintenance program and ensure methodical monitoring of all interventions carried out on the estate.
You will anticipate seasonal work, equipment needs, plant orders, amendments and the various supplies necessary for the proper functioning of the estate.

Your profile:
You are an experienced gardener-landscaper, passionate about your profession and the world of exceptional gardens.
You benefit from confirmed experience within private properties, prestige estates or high-end gardens.
You possess excellent knowledge of plants, their needs and their evolution throughout the seasons.
You are perfectly comfortable with pruning, mowing, planting, fertilization and care techniques for trees and shrubs.
You are capable of ensuring the maintenance and monitoring of greenhouses, vegetable gardens, rose gardens, orchards and fruit trees.
You are comfortable with automatic watering systems and the equipment necessary for the maintenance of an estate.
You are organized, methodical and autonomous, with an excellent ability to plan and anticipate seasonal work.
You are recognized for your sense of observation, your precision and your attention to detail.
You are proactive and possess a true aesthetic sense, indispensable to preserving the harmony of the estate.
You are versatile, reactive and capable of taking initiative while respecting the expectations of the owners.
You are used to working in coordination with household staff and various specialized service providers.
You are discreet, loyal and trustworthy, with a perfect understanding of the requirements related to a prestige private residence.
You are particularly attentive to confidentiality and the absolute respect for the privacy of the owners.
You are a stable, committed and careful person, wishing to enter into a lasting collaboration.
You are finally driven by a true desire to preserve, embellish and enhance the landscape heritage of the property.
You are mobile and flexible and are willing to travel occasionally to other properties and sites located in the canton of Fribourg.
You hold a valid driver's license, indispensable for the performance of the function.
You are available to intervene on different sites depending on needs and seasonal work.
A service van will be made available to you to ensure your professional travel and the transport of equipment necessary for the different interventions.
