What you can look forward to: You actively help shape our clinic - You bear the overall responsibility for our core processes, develop them independently, and leave a real footprint in a clinic that is doing pioneering work. You are the direct interface to the clinic management - You advise the management, lead projects independently, and bring in ideas where decisions are made. You have the lead in certifications and audits - You and your team prepare the areas for internal and external certifications and ensure that our quality standards are anchored and continuously developed. You are an expert when it comes to requirements - you monitor changes in the healthcare system and prepare the teams content-wise. You make quality measurable - You maintain and develop a meaningful key figure system, analyze data, and derive concrete recommendations for action so that decisions can be made on a solid data basis. You are responsible for the implementation of the quality management system - You plan, prepare, and lead strategic meetings - including main responsibility for management reviews and decision-relevant presentations. You drive continuous improvements - You evaluate innovations and maturity levels and actively participate in deciding what we implement. What we look forward to: Education \& Experience - Degree in health management, business administration, or QM - or equivalent practical experience in healthcare. Both are very welcome. Organizational development \& process design - You know how changes succeed and have ideally already built up or further developed structures in healthcare. Confidence in audits \& certifications - You have a professional and confident manner and can prepare teams confidently. Analytical thinking - You work confidently with key figures, recognize patterns, and derive clear recommendations for action. Strong communication skills - You moderate convincingly and feel comfortable at all hierarchical levels. Proficient German in spoken and written form - Other language skills are a welcome plus.
