Real Estate Project Manager - Works Director (M/F), 100%

Your mission
Thanks to your expertise, you identify the interventions and transformations necessary for the enhancement of the rental buildings whose management our clients entrust to us;
With full autonomy, you manage projects in their entirety: regulatory controls, preliminary studies, preliminary designs, authorization requests, calls for tender, planning and monitoring of execution;
In compliance with defined budgets and deadlines, you guarantee the proper realization of transformation and renovation projects for buildings, housing, and rental surfaces under management.
Beyond your background, you stand out by…
Your professional experience of at least ten years in real estate project management and the execution of works;
Your ability to formulate relevant recommendations, in compliance with our values and with irreproachable ethics, in order to establish a relationship of trust with owners and our partners;
Your CFC as a building draftsman, your diploma as a works manager or any other training deemed equivalent;
Your mastery of the usual IT tools of the trade, notably "AutoCAD" and "Messerli";
Your pleasant, communicative and cooperative personality, as well as your ability to contribute to a serene working climate, conducive to exchange and mutual respect.
