Intervention and Patrol Service Specialist (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

In this function, you take over technical and operational leadership in the reception area and are directly subordinate to the Sector Head Reception. In the lead together with the other site managers, you form the management team and can thus directly influence the development of your employees.
You ensure that the client's tasks are executed correctly and are responsible for achieving the required results and complying with all specifications in the defined sub-processes. Optimal customer and employee satisfaction is your priority.
The leadership and promotion of your employees through consistent support as well as the conducting of periodic qualification interviews and supervision is at the center for you. Your working hours are based on the one hand on the needs of the customer but primarily on the employees, who work mainly from Monday to Friday.
