What awaits you: Diverse tasks with room for creativity - Warm welcome and care: You are the first face of our house -- with your sympathetic appearance and professional service, you make every guest stay something special. - Reservations and availability: Reliable management of bookings, check-in/check-out, and guest accounting with StayNTouch -- for smooth processes and satisfied guests. - Active sales and consultation: You help shape offers, actively sell rooms, and advise guests on our package offers (e.g., Well & See Spa(r)tage, Zeit zu zweit or 5 for 4). - Team leadership and motivation: As a deputy, you support the management of the Reception, motivate the team, and ensure a positive working atmosphere. - Cooperation and service: Close coordination with Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Wellness -- for seamless service that delights our guests. - Administration and correspondence: From guest correspondence to administrative tasks -- your organizational talent keeps everything flowing.

What you bring with you: Passion and expertise - Professional experience: Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and experience in a comparable position (e.g., Reception, Reservation, or Front Office). - Guest orientation: Customer- and service-oriented thinking -- you make our house unforgettable for guests. - Flexibility and commitment: Readiness for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts -- because hospitality knows no opening hours. - Technical affinity: Proficient use of Microsoft Office and modern hotel software (e.g., StayNTouch). - Languages: One or more foreign languages are an advantage -- our guests come from all over the world. - Team player: Well-groomed appearance, high resilience, and the ability to motivate a team. - Sustainability: Understanding of our values -- because at Hotel Heiden, we live mindfulness and regionality (e.g., with regional products in Restaurant Acht or our 1,000 m² wellness area).
