Do you possess solid experience in the HVAC field and are you passionate about overall building technology, efficient operating models, and innovative solutions throughout the entire life cycle of technical building installations? As a heating/air conditioning project manager, you play a central role in managing construction projects for the implementation of demanding projects throughout Switzerland. You work closely with clients, internal specialist departments, and external partners, contributing significantly to the realization of economical, sustainable, and future-oriented solutions.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed person who brings technical expertise, assumes responsibility, and sets new standards with us. You will work notably for large, renowned clients and actively participate in the development of modern building and operating concepts.

What awaits you ###

• You actively design and pilot heating/air conditioning projects on a Swiss scale
• You assume overall responsibility and manage the optimal use of personnel, material resources, and finances in projects, with an overview of the portfolio
• You lead project teams with clarity, develop employees, and lead all stakeholders to success
• You build projects from A to Z, win contracts, and are responsible for the management of offers and contracts
• You conduct negotiations on an equal footing and make informed award decisions
• You constantly keep projects on the right track and continuously ensure deadline, cost, and quality objectives
• You influence HVAC projects technically, analyze complex contexts, carry out feasibility studies, and develop sustainable solutions
• You enthuse clients through global advice and develop innovative concepts for projects and programs in the heating field

What you bring ###

• Completed training in the heating/air conditioning field or equivalent technical training
• Technical training at the higher vocational education level (e.g., HF technician) or university level (e.g., FH engineer) or the willingness to pursue this/these training(s)
• Several years of experience in a comparable position in the HVAC field
• Proven leadership skills as well as a sense of negotiation and a healthy capacity for assertion
• Structured, responsible, and autonomous way of working
• Strong customer orientation and service combined with entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Very good knowledge of German, other languages an asset
