What you can achieve: * Leading projects of varying complexity in custom plant engineering within the Liquid Handling/Laboratory Automation area * Leading project teams in a matrix organization * Creation of the project plan * Coordination of tasks and responsibilities * Responsibility for monitoring and ensuring project quality, time and costs * Interface between internal development and external project stakeholders (Sales Manager, suppliers, Field Project Leader, Application Specialists and customer) * Support of the sales team during the pre-sales phase and requirement gathering * Creation of effort estimates and offers What you bring: * Completed technical or scientific studies (Bsc or Msc) * Professional experience in the environment of custom plant engineering or the automated Life Science sector is an advantage * This position is also suitable as an entry point for an applicant with completed vocational training (technical or scientific) and at least 5 years of professional experience * Further training or certification in Project Management desirable or the willingness to complete this further training * Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing * Independent, precise way of working with quick comprehension * Flexible, proactive and creative personality Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton under[ ](< >).
