Project and Construction Manager Structural Engineering

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Independent assumption of local project and construction management
• Maintaining construction accounting and cost controls
• Preparing tenders, works contracts, and schedules
• Coordination of all persons involved in construction

Requirements:

• Dipl. Construction Manager or Construction Technician or Architect or Civil Engineer
• Experience in the project and construction management of larger projects
• German as a native language
• Proficient application of Messerli Bauad and MS-Office
• Experience with public clients
• High level of commitment and flexibility with leadership qualities
