To lead our site in Court, specializing in turning and employing approximately 60 collaborators, we are looking for an Industrial Site Director.

Your mission :
Reporting to the Division Director, you ensure the management of the site and its operational performance. You unite the teams around demanding objectives of quality, deadline, and profitability, in order to increase operational performance while developing a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement as close to the field as possible.

Your main tasks and responsibilities :

• Deploy operational excellence methodologies (continuous improvement, Lean, SMED, visual management), mobilize teams around their appropriation, and optimize yields (OEE) while reducing scrap ;
• Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators, analyze variances and cost prices, propose budgets, and conduct the necessary action plans ;
• Supervise, plan, and coordinate manufacturing flows ;
• Guarantee the performance, maintenance, and technological evolution of equipment ;
• Supervise, grow, and empower the workshop teams; support local managers, strengthen versatility, and develop skills.

Your training and skills :

• Higher technical training ES/HES or equivalent, in a field related to mechanics or industrial production
• Proven experience in the management of a site or an industrial production unit, with direct responsibility for teams, operational results, and change management; experience in turning, mechanics, or microtechnology constitutes an important asset.
• Proficiency with ERPs and production monitoring software (MES).
• You unite teams, promote dialogue, and create a climate of trust and equity through your listening and clear communication
• A field manager, you set priorities, make decisions in demanding situations, and support teams through change
