Specialist Payroll & HR Services 60-80% (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Payroll and personnel administration for assigned profit centers (approx. 150 employees), including mutations in Abacus
• HR administration from A to Z consisting of entry and exit formalities, withholding tax, family allowances, applications for residence and work permits
• Creation of HR-specific data overviews and statistics
• Contact person for employees as well as profit centers in various HR matters
• Support and advice for employees at the counter (with counter service)

Your profile

• Professional experience in Payroll & HR Services
• Very good Abacus knowledge and confident handling of MS-Office
• Accounting understanding and thinking in connections
• Resilient personality, characterized by independent, exact, and reliable work
• Excellent German skills, Portuguese, Italian or Spanish is an advantage
