Your responsibility

• Building relationships with customers and fulfilling demanding customer wishes during sales conversations
• Analyzing customer needs and presenting solutions
• Presenting trends and products, organizing customer events as well as sales promotions, and creating experience worlds
• Accepting and processing repairs, returns, and complaints
• Recognizing current developments and trends in retail and integrating them into everyday work
• Performing work in operational and merchandise management processes using our IT systems
• Communicating on various channels
• Working in different teams

Your profile

• You like approaching people, including those you do not yet know, and you succeed in convincing others thanks to your winning manner
• Many could learn something from your sense of trends
• You have completed Sekundarstufe 1 (school with extended requirements) and have good school grades
• You can communicate in a foreign language
• You have passed the Multicheck for retail specialists with an overall result of "ausreichend"
• You are willing to work on Saturdays and in the evening
