We at Flexsis Luzern are a small, dedicated team of three people and bring people and companies together. Our daily goal is to find the right employees for our customers while simultaneously accompanying candidates on their professional path.

Since we are a small team, everyone takes on responsibility and can actively help shape things. This is exactly why we want to complement our team with an intern who is eager to help build a new area and contribute their own ideas.

Job Description

Recruiting & Job Placement

• Support in searching for suitable candidates
• Reviewing applications and establishing initial contact
• Contacting candidates by telephone
• Support with interviews and discussions
• Searching for suitable profiles for our customers
• Processing and presenting job offers
• Helping to further expand our candidate base

Social Media

• Building and further developing our social media channels
• Development of creative content ideas for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
• Creating posts, reels, stories and short videos
• Providing insights into our daily work routine and the world of job placement
• Creatively presenting positions and exciting job opportunities
• Identifying trends and utilizing them for Flexsis
• Managing the community and interacting with followers
• Developing a suitable social media strategy together with the team
• Evaluating which content works well and developing new ideas from it

Support in the Team

• Collaboration in the daily business of personnel recruitment
• Telephone and administrative tasks
• Support with various projects
• Contributing own ideas and taking responsibility for projects
