You have knowledge or at least an interest in advising companies and private individuals in M&A transactions, restructurings and corporate law issues, have an entrepreneurial and perhaps also technical flair and are ready to familiarize yourself with new areas of law or, as part of interdisciplinary cooperation, also partly with non-specialist topics.
