Commercial Sales Support Employee (80-100%)

Do you enjoy communicating, working independently, and maintaining an overview even in hectic situations? Do you enjoy customer contact and have an interest in technical products? For our sales back office, we are looking for a dedicated personality who qualifies customer inquiries, asks targeted questions in case of uncertainties, creates offers, and actively follows up on sent proposals.

Tasks

• First contact for customers and business partners via the telephone switchboard, email inbox, as well as personal customer support on-site.
• Check, qualify, and prioritize customer inquiries
• Ask targeted follow-up questions and obtain technical details in the event of unclear or incomplete inquiries
• Create and process offers and order confirmations
• Actively follow up on sent offers and pursue sales opportunities
• Advise customers by telephone and via email
• Processing of shipping items
• Coordinate technical clarifications with internal specialists and suppliers
• Maintain customer, article, and order data in the ERP system
• Support with sales documents, product texts, website, and simple marketing measures
• Take over deputy tasks during absences, e.g., simple scheduling, invoice creation, and administrative work

Qualification

• Commercial basic training EFZ
• Enjoyment of active customer contact and sales
• Very good German skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Confident handling of modern software and ERP systems
• Technical understanding and interest in mechanical and electrotechnical products
