On behalf of a client, we are currently looking for a committed foreman in road and civil engineering who takes responsibility and actively leads construction sites as well as brings them to a successful conclusion.

Job Description

You will take on a central role in the successful implementation of our construction projects in road and civil engineering. From preparation and organization to professional execution and the clean completion of the work, you bear responsibility for your construction sites.

Your area of operation is in the regions of Solothurn, Bern and Thun, where you will work on varied and demanding construction sites and ensure visible results every day.

The AVOR (work preparation) of your assigned construction sites is in your hands. You plan, coordinate and ensure that all processes are implemented technically correctly and efficiently. In doing so, you maintain an overview and roll up your sleeves yourself when it comes down to it.

As a leader, you lead a road or civil engineering group, motivate your team and ensure smooth construction site operations. Quality, punctuality and clean work are your top priorities.

Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the creation of reports and measurements (BauBit PRO V3.16), with which you ensure precise and traceable documentation of your projects.

Requirement Profile

• Training and several years of experience as a foreman in road and civil engineering
• Proficient in handling common IT systems (BauBit PRO V3.16)
• Entrepreneurial acting
• Driver's license Cat. B (Cat. BE)
• Leading employees
• High level of independence and good social competence
