Nursing Specialist HF 40 -100% with Day Responsibility immediately or by agreement Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our care philosophy and the care process • Taking on tasks as a reference person for nursing • Responsibility and control of the care process for the assigned guests, including the RAI/BESA care needs assessment • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompanying doctor's visits • Taking on day responsibility with coordination of the day team • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Taking on tasks as a theme carrier in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Willingness for night shifts Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid) • Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex desired • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in diverse challenges • Good German language skills in word and writing Why Tertianum?
