Area of activity

• Functional leadership of the five-member Infrastructure and Support team
• Reporting to the management board
• Operational participation as a System Engineer
• Operate and further develop networks, servers, and user support
• Plan, organize, and implement infrastructure projects. Focus areas are the modernization of workstations and the expansion of our cloud usage with Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Guide employees, involve them in decisions, and support their professional development
• Systematically narrow down and resolve malfunctions as well as solve recurring problems at the root cause
• Develop technical concepts and decision-making bases as well as coordinate priorities with the specialist departments
• Translate our IT strategy for your area into concrete projects and be responsible for their implementation
• Manage external partners and suppliers

Profile

• Several years of practical experience as a System Engineer
• Several years of experience in functional team leadership and employee development
• Very good project management and organizational skills, demonstrated by successfully implemented projects
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure as well as classic on-prem systems and networks
• Practice in incident and problem management
• The ability to assess projects technically and economically and derive clear priorities from them
