Accounting Clerk 100% (f/m) with development perspective

Job Description ##

• Control, coding, and posting of accounts payable invoices (incl. customs portal) as well as incoming invoices with purchase order reference with XFlow
• Processing of the Business Workplace
• Master data maintenance of accounts payable
• Credit reports for accounts payable
• Processing of incoming payment reminders
• Payment transactions to suppliers
• Management and posting of the petty cash
• Processing of expense reports with SAP Concur
• Further administrative tasks (e.g., participation in projects, preparation of internal (IKS) & external audits)
• (Co-) supervision of KV apprentices in the area of accounts payable
• Participation in the closing (accrual run, reconciliations)
• Support in accounts receivable / general ledger

Profile ##

• Completed commercial training, further training as an accounting clerk desirable but not a requirement

Professional Requirements ##

• Initial professional experience in the field of accounting
• German spoken and written, good English skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as ERP systems (SAP)
• Reliable and independent way of working as well as quick comprehension
