This guest-oriented position includes the following tasks:
the operational execution of events
the coordinated setup on site and being the direct contact person for our guests during the event
leading service teams
guaranteeing a smooth service flow during events
close cooperation with the Banquet Manager and Assistant Banqueting Manager
leading and developing the employee team through training and scheduling planning before the event
ensuring quality control and hygiene standards
adhering to and training in operational guidelines
What you bring with you - Your recipe for success
Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or a degree from a hotel management school
professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphonie
experience in upscale hotel operations
fluent German and English skills, any further foreign language is a plus
sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and a strong sense of quality
sensitivity in dealing with international guests, joy in employee leadership and a winning appearance
