We are creating a unique meeting place for families, children and adults - with a *60 m² large sensomotoric indoor sand area* as the heart of our concept, a creative atelier, ceramic painting, children's birthdays and a lovingly designed family café. For this, we are looking for a committed, creative and warm personality who will help us build this special place from the beginning. Specialist in Childcare EFZ Child (50 % from 01.10.2026 / 100 % from 01.11.2026) *Work location:* Malters LU About us *Der Traumfänger - Das sensomotorische Familiencafé* is not a classic childcare facility and not an ordinary daycare. At the center is our *60 m² large indoor sand area*, which offers children diverse opportunities to discover their senses, promote their motor skills and let their imagination run free. This unique concept is complemented by creative offers and a cozy meeting point for families. With us, the following combine: * Family café with self-service * *60 m² sensomotoric indoor sand area* * Creative atelier & ceramic painting * Children's birthdays * Hourly childcare * Workshops and family events * Creative evenings and seasonal events We create a place where children are allowed to play, discover and learn, while parents can relax, work or enjoy the time together. ## Your tasks Starting from *1. October 2026* you will start with a workload of *50 %* and accompany the setup of our new family café. We use this time deliberately to jointly develop the children's area, help shape the sensomotoric sand area, plan creative offers, elaborate birthday concepts as well as develop annual and seasonal programs. Your ideas are expressly welcome - because you should actively help shape the children's area. From *1. November 2026* you will increase your workload to *100 %*. Your tasks include: * Main responsibility for the entire children's area * Setup and co-design of our sensomotoric family concept * Planning and implementation of creative play, craft and movement offers * Development of offers around the sensomotoric sand area * Development of seasonal activities, theme weeks and annual events * Planning and implementation of holiday programs * Main responsibility for hourly childcare (upon reservation) * Organization, preparation and implementation of children's birthdays * Animation and accompaniment of the children in the sand, play and creative area * Contact person for children and parents * Responsibility for order, safety and cleanliness in the children's area * Care and control of play and craft materials * Support of the café team during quiet childcare times * Active co-design of new ideas and offers What you bring * Completed training as *Specialist in Childcare EFZ specialization Children* * A creative personality with many ideas * Joy in inspiring children and enabling them to have unforgettable experiences * Interest in sensomotoric promotion and creative work * Organizational talent and independent way of working * Flexibility as well as willingness for shifts on weekends * Warmth, humor and team spirit * Motivation to jointly build a new business What awaits you With us, no everyday life according to a fixed pattern awaits you.
